Transborder Logistics' partnership with the TM4Web interface is designed to provide our customers with enhanced customer service over the Web that will allow you to track current and past shipments, view PODs and request other services 24 hours a day.
Every company will have a unique "Access Code" necessary for registration. These code will allow access to multiple clients within a single customer listing. Please contact Ashley@tliltd.com with your request. Once you have received an access code, you will need to register your login information. Once this is complete, and after an enabling process, you will have access to the online functions. If this is not completed in a timely manner, please contact Ashley to speed up the process.
Providing you with details about the status of your shipments no longer has to be a time consuming process. With online access you can instantly get access to delivery information that is crucial to your business. Loading in real time, you will have the information as soon as we do!
Once documents are received onsite (hard copies or virtual), they will be processed and uploaded to the web and accessible through the trace function.
